Who didn't own this back in the early 90s? One of the 1st series of techno compilations that was widely available at any major record store (music plus, tower, sam goody, the warehouse).
Volume 1 of 4. 1991.

*Impossible to find a quality image of the cassette and j-card for volume 1. My personal tape has long been lost. Volume 2-4 were only released on CD & vinyl.

Aka Ralph Laurenn, Dj Apollo has had a few monikers that Ive came across. Im a big fan of his acid releases and mixtapes, this tape is obviously an early style of his career.
