VA - Best Of Techno - Volume 1 (Compilation) (Profile) [1991]

Who didn't own this back in the early 90s? One of the 1st series of techno compilations that was widely available at any major record store (music plus, tower, sam goody, the warehouse).
Volume 1 of 4. 1991.

*Impossible to find a quality image of the cassette and j-card for volume 1. My personal tape has long been lost. Volume 2-4 were only released on CD & vinyl.

Headphone Tribe - Unknown Title (Mixtape) [199x]

Only thing labeled on this tape is "Headphone Tribe Music," not sure if its "dj headphone" and the tape is named "tribe music." Cant find info for the life of me. 90s stoner break beats and acid, if you like Simply Jeff you'll enjoy this rare tape.

VA - Jesse Brooks - L.A. Groove (CD Mixed) [1997]

Don't know much on Jesse Brooks, this mixed cd is a perfect example of how diverse the scene was in the late 90s here in Southern California. The underground scene had become more popular with the so-called rave scene, eventually the clubs, raves and underground events now played a wide spectrum of electronic. Imo kind of cluttered and repetitive. Here is a sample of how funky it got.

Clean funky break beats (aka trip hop), to get stoned too.
