VA - This Aint Chicago-The Underground Sound Of UK House & Acid [2012]

A great compilation of early acid house music. This transcended into Americas 90s deep house sound & culture. Mainly in Los Angeles and a few east coast cities.

Hoffman Chillin' - Unknown Dj (Mixtape) [199x]

Crisp acid house/techno tape. Stay up late and drop a tab to this mixtape. Well, that's what I used to do in the 90s. Both sides will take you on a trip. No dj specified, and no idea where I got this tape but its well put together and very well mixed. Labeled "Hoffman Chillin" on both sides. Mid 90s.

*If you understand the "Hoffman" reference you love acid.

VA - Deep Heat 1 (2 x Cassette Compilation) [1989]

Dance series from the Telstar label that concentrated on the surge of electronic music that happened in the UK circa 1988. 1st of 10 volumes I have, early hip house and techno. The orgins of deep house then hard house on all these compilations.

Acid Trax - Acid Trax Megamix (Mixtape, Compilation) [1988]

I personally love this tape. Early acid house, garage house, hip house, where it all began. Credited dj is Double Trouble. Classic anthems all over this.
